Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

MalcolmAI does not sell personal information, and does not share personal information for cross context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) and effective in its 2026 form. There is nothing you need to opt out of today.

You may still record a forward looking opt out preference, which we would honor before any sale or sharing ever occurred:

From a marketing email. Click the "Do Not Sell or Share" link in any MalcolmAI marketing email — it opens a one-click confirmation, and we record the request immediately.

By email. Write to privacy@malcolm-ai.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share Request" from the address you wish to register. We will confirm once your request is recorded; if you submit from California and we cannot honor the request, we will reply within fifteen business days with the reason.

Global Privacy Control. We honor GPC browser signals on a forward looking basis. Your browser is not currently sending one.

If your information was captured at a customer's gate or yard (for example a driver credential photo, license plate, or payment receipt email), the terminal operator or carrier you visited is the business that collected it and is responsible for your privacy requests — please contact them directly. If you contact us, we will forward your request to them.

Your other privacy rights (access, correction, deletion, portability) are described in our Privacy Policy. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
